Umemura is one of the ramen restaurants I like. This time I had a cold ramen hiyashi Chuka which is only for summer time. They have 2 kinds of sauces, ponzu and sesame miso sauce. I chose ponzu sauce. It was so tasty. But I want to try one with sesame miso sauce next time.
